HOW TO ORDER:

1.  Email a photo or artwork of the helmet to OFFTHENETS@YAHOO.COM.  If your team is based on a professional or NCAA team, please let me know and I can work from that design.

2.  (FOOTBALL ONLY) Tell me what you want written on the forehead and neckline bumper decals.  You can have up to 12 characters in one color ona white background.
